Yas Island introduces one ridiculously awesome CIO: Jason Momoa

Yas Island Abu Dhabi, the world's leading leisure and entertainment destination, has just appointed Jason Momoa as its newest Chief Island Officer (CIO) replacing Kevin Hart.

In a dramatic trailer, the Aquaman and Game of Thrones star makes an epic entrance on a paddleboard, announcing that his calling has led him to this "ridiculously awesome job".

Best of all, Momoa promises to show fans how they can #LiveItUpLikeMomoa.

Across Yas Island's world-beating attractions, from Yas Waterworld to the world's fastest rollercoaster at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, to the iconic Yas Marina Circuit, Momoa is shown having a wild time. And it seems he has more in store for visitors.

One thing's for sure: with his infectious enthusiasm and energy, there are sure to be plenty of "Momoa moments" to come throughout this new global campaign that has just rolled out with several episodes about to be revealed all through the summer.
