The Clio Awards Shortlist is out and the MENA region is in with 15 finalists

The Clio Awards have announced their 2021 shortlist.

1035 entries have made it into the finals out of which 15 campaigns are from the MENA region with 13 from Dubai and two from Saudi Arabia for a total of six agencies.

The agencies that have made the cut into the finals are: FP7 McCann with two entries for Home Centre, 'A Dad's Job' campaign; Wunderman Thompson with two entries for Lenovo's 'Equality Spell Check' in addition to an entry for Bose titled 'Dear Neighbor'; Memac Ogilvy has its campaign for Al Futtaim IKEA's 'Buy with Your Time' shortlisted in three categories and another campaign for IKEA as well titled 'The Book that Will Challenge Your Life'; also for Memac Ogilvy, the 'Lonely Valentine Specials' entry for KFC; Impact BBDO has two shortlisted campaigns: 'Dream Number' for Loto Libanais and the now multi-awarded 'The New National Anthem Edition' for An Nahar Newspaper; TBWA\Raad has its #FirstArabicCountdown campaign for the UAE government Media Office shortlisted; Wunderman Thomson KSA has its 'Burger Kinj' campaign for Burger King among the finalists; and last but not least, Ryadh-based Fullstop agency is among the lucky finalists with its campaign for Mobily titled 'Your Mood'

The Bronze, Silver and Gold winners announcement will take place on April 21st.  As for the Grand & "Of the Year" winners, they will be revealed on April 28th during the Clio virtual event dubbed "Creativity Unmasked".
