Dubai Safari Park has appointed Incubeta as its social media agency.

Incubeta will be responsible for the content creation, community management and optimisation of social marketing as well as providing social strategy, planning and buying services that will further increase Dubai Safari Park’s visibility, engagement and performance in the UAE through social media platforms.

Incubeta’s appointment comes after an extensive evaluation process for a social media partner to support Dubai Safari Park’s digital marketing initiatives that will achieve its growth ambitions.

The park opened in 2017 and operated by Dubai Municipality. Spread across a whopping 119 hectares, it is home to more than 2,500 animals from all over the world but also includes a variety of dining and shopping options.

Dubai Safari Park hopes to benefit from Incubeta’s expertise in building specialist strategies, unifying media, creative and customer experience to identify new opportunities and drive new trends on social media.

“We are really excited to add Dubai Safari Park to our partner list, it does some great work related to animal welfare and conservation and we are proud to be supporting it to spread its message through social media channels through relevant content and messaging,” said Neal Patel, Managing Director, Incubeta MENA.

Dubai Safari Park joins other key partners within Incubeta’s growing partner portfolio, which includes McDonalds, Johnson & Johnson and Talabat.
