Faris Sibai takes new role as chief growth officer for Mindshare MENA

Mindshare has appointed Faris Sibai to the newly-created role of Chief Growth Officer MENA.

Faris will be reporting to Cormac Loughran, Mindshare EMEA Chief Growth Officer, and to Lamiya Boumlaki, Mindshare MENA CEO; he will be supporting the latter’s strategic vision for growth based on deeper client relationships, scaling existing products and developing new forward-looking services in an accelerating digital economy.

Faris brings with him a proven track record of transforming organizations & leading high-performance teams delivering top-to-bottom P&L improvements & commercial success with 20 years of significant experience gained across three continents, spending time in the EU, MENA & APAC. He began his career as an Analyst with CitiGroup, before moving to senior roles at Publicis, IPG, and most recently as Partner at Mindshare.

He will use this experience and by leveraging WPP, GroupM, & Mindshare talent, technology, and assets, will work to pull together compelling and competitive performance marketing stories for prospects, and create new opportunities for Good Growth, playing an instrumental role in shaping Mindshare MENA’s future trajectory.

Faris’ appointment is the first in a series of changes that will propel Mindshare’s new integrated vision and capabilities and drive growth for the agency’s current and new clients, the agency’s recently appointed CEO added.
